YOU AND MORPHIC DIGITAL AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

9.5 Injunctive Relief

Either party may seek equitable relief in Ohio courts.

9.6 Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing hello@morphicdigital.com.

9.7 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
